PROCLAMATION OF THE UNITED PARTY OF AMERICAWASHINGTON, D.C. APRIL 20, 2002
Today the 20th day of the month of April in the year of our Lord, Year Two Thousand and Two, we proclaim as the United Party of America the following:
Aware of the conduct of the Dictatorial right wing, "The neo Liberals", of the world, who are the Republican Party of USA and the political ignorance of the Israeli Head of State, Ariel Sharon, and the U.S. Illegitimate President, George W. Bush, who is becoming a tyrannic ruler of the world with agression, military intervention --at imperialistic and despotic levels, as well as War against the unarmed and undefendant people of Afganistan, Palestine, Colombia and soon, other nations in the world, and the Bush Administration attempting to cheat the citizens of Peru by secretely trying to set a U.S. Military Base in the Amazons of Peru, in order to dominate Colombia and South Americans who are always against his Imperialist approach, or his political intervention, hipocratically trying to overthrow legitimate democratic elected Head of States and Constitutional Presidents like the one that has just happened on April 11, 2002 against President Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, the illegitimate President Bush's excuse is that he is acting in the name of Anti-Terrorism and Security. This is an excuse to opress the American Citizens and the citizens of this world to either be with him or against him, same slogan as the Romans used desperately in the latter days of its power to keep alive the Roman Empire.
Is it that the Illegitimate President Bush, feels that his political power (synonimous of military intervention and political agression by unilateral means,) is coming to an end with no way out?
President Bush Military and Political agression has only proved weakedness and failure to solve the problems of injustice of the less fortunate and poor people of the world.
An enemy hath done this? As Ezra Taft Benson, once a Secretary of Agriculture under the Eisenhower Administration, quoted from the Bible (Matthew 13: 27-30,) with the Parable of the "Wheat" as the good seed, and the "Tares" as the bad seed, and wrote a book with this same title, proposed the real christian approach and solution of when and what to do with both seeds, we the Continental Congress of America express simpathy with the opressed people of the world, and say that the right approach to overcome terrorism is by defeating hunger, poverty and injustice, and not by trying to judge the world by saying that he who is not with Bush or his Imperial approach, is a terrorist.
An enemy hath done this. Who is the enemy? Is Bush the Rising Dictator? He is dividing America, just like some extremist from the Republican Party and men like Rush Linbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage and Michael Reagan are destroying this Nation.
Our enemies are also the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (I.M.F.,) the Interamerican Bank (B.I.D.,) the United Nations (U.N.,) the military trainers of the School of the Americas (S.O.A.,) and others.
Therefore, WE, the Continental Congress of America, DO PROPOSE on the 20th of April, 2002, here in Washington D.C., a new Political Party for the people of the United States of America: "THE UNITED PARTY OF AMERICA," for the defense of our freedom, our liberty, our Constitutions, our Constitutional life, and our Democracy. We support the victims of democracy of the world, like Hugo Chavez, a legitimate Constitutional President whether we like him or not, in spite of the political diference, we always support and respect Constitutional and legitimate Presidents elected by the people and for the people. Enough of the mesquindad, political ambition, destruction and fighting between the Republicans and Democrats. Down with the World Imperialistic System. No more agression, nor military intervention. Stop the War. Stop injustice.

WHAT IS UNITISM?I. It is the unity of the good of all principles, and the choosing of the best from the Doctrines of all the Economical Systems of this world, in one and new Human and Social Doctrine. We adapt from the good of all ideology movements, either from the right or from the left wing, but without extremism from either side. This is known as The Eccletical Philosophy of Marcus Tullius Cicero. Thus, UNITISM, as a Universal Doctrine, replaces both doctrines who were dividing the World, such as Capitalism and Socialism. The foundations of Unitism as a doctrine are: GOD, PEOPLE and EQUALITY.
II. It is, freedom and the liberation from: Exploitation, inequality, social margination, racism against the native indian, the Latino, the Hispanic, the Negroe, and against any race or the white themselves. It is the liberation from the accumulation of power among the fortunate ones.
III. It is the reorganization of the New Order of the economical principles from our society, into a UNITED SOCIETY. A United Society, is the reality of the New Millenium coming soon. This would be the mission of UNITISM. On this behalf, Unitism, believes in, THE PURITY OF POLITICS AS A SCIENCE OF GOVERNING, AND IN THE AUTHENTIC AND REAL DEMOCRACY, WHICH IS, "THEOCRACY" (THE GOVERNMENT OF GOD.) These are as well, fundamental elements for the life and liberty of the Humanity.
Wherefore, the U.N.I.T.E.D. Party of America, pledge for the practice of a system of CONSTITUTIONAL RESTORATION, THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF MAN, AND THE TRANSFORMATION OF AMERICAN POLITICS.
Henceforth, WE CALL to the world, to all our fellow citizens, to all political and social organizations and movements in general, be it for peace or for war, regardless of their difference of political, religious, racial, color or social creeds, TO UNITE.
Therefore, in behalf of UNITISM, we invoke you :
TO SUPPORT urgently the Unionist Cause, in order to make it real and humane our World Economical and Democratical System.
TO BECOME AWARE of our decisive Unitist Platform, which is the science of governing a people with equality, equilibrium and equity.
TO BEGIN living as a new United Society, for the prosperity of the entire world and for the redemption of the poor and the forgotten people.
TO LABOR for the Political Unity of all, for the restoration and renewal of all the traditional and conservative parties, and for the emergence of new Political Parties, so that the people can express themselves freely, on how, where, or whatever they wish, regarding their moral, civical, political, social and economical issues in America today.
TO RECONCILE as a nation, as neighbors, as people, as institutions, as political parties, as families and as world citizens.
Today's crisis in our people of America, challenge us to build a better Nation, where justice, morality, order and law, and the protection of our lives can be a guarantee.
This is why we pronounce energetically against the hunger of the world, the illegal and gambling riches of the privileged ones. We request for the immediate restitution of Liberty and Democracy !
DRAFTING THE
DOCTRINE "UNITISM"
February 22, 1987The Idea of Continent Blocks, in a global level, is more frequently spoken by DesPosorio, and it troubled thoughtfully to the Drafter and Founder of UNITISM, Freddy DesPosorio, who on February 22, 1987, while visiting Peru, on the Day of the National Peruvian Fraternity Day, he proceeded to draft a "World-wide Unionist Formula" named: UNITISM. Unitism, became a Socio-Political and Unionist Idea and Doctrinal issue for Fred, in resistance to the national and Divisionist Political Phenomenon that began to breathe in Peru. Simultaneously, DesPosorio had already designed the sysmbol for "Unitism," which consisted of an EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE, with 12 Ideological Principles that were spread out through this triangle. In order for those twelve principles to fit exactly in the triangle, DesPosorio, designed one more triangle, within the main triangle. Thus, the 2 triangles were located in the following way: The main triangle, looking upwards, and the inner triangle, looking downwards.
This triangle meant: "If People towards God, then God towards the People."
In this case, DesPosorio, also defended the Latin American People, as a chosen people, and America as a Promise Land.
The belief of the Author was that UNIONISM would be the FULFILLING ERA, that would prevail in the NEW MILLENIUM, and that it was necessary to rise with the BIRTH OF A POLITICAL MOVEMENT, in order to endorse this doctrine: "Unitism."
